AQ Realty is based in the heart of Hampton Roads and is built on the foundation of Principal Broker Claudia Aristizabal, bringing more than 20 years of experience. As a staple in the Hampton Roads community, she brings with her countless circle of excellence awards from Hampton Roads Real Estate Association and the experience of selling more than 500 homes, ensuring quality customer service and ease in the transition of selling your home or if you are a first-time home buyer making the process stress-free.

What Claudia can do for you
Since 1997 in the real estate industry, Claudia Aristizabal has a passion for connecting and working one-on-one with her clients and helping people every day. Finding the perfect luxury space is a significant achievement that requires the special care that Claudia specializes in. Among the skills that she highlights are the ability to adapt to new challenges, customer orientation and problem solving.
Claudia is known as Hampton Road’s leading real estate broker to the community and is the bridge between minority and majority markets. Winning numerous Hampton Roads Real Estate Association “Circle of Excellence” awards throughout her career, she is a proven leader in real estate dealings and continuously challenges herself to excel above the status quo.
She has personally sold over 500 houses in her career, and oversaw the sale of several hundred houses as a managing broker for one of the premier brokerage firms in Hampton Road’s. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the School of Administration from Old Dominion University in Virginia. In addition to real estate brokerage, she has managed numerous land acquisitions, as well as development and design projects.
Her extensive expertise in construction and engineering allows her client peace of mind, knowing they are under the care of a multi-faceted professional.
